AUGUST 2007
1. Two week Yellowstone trip with nanny family in thier amazing nice motorhome! (I meant to post this post a while back but....here it is!
***I just returned home from Yellowstone (or as my girls called it "JellyStone") with my nanny family! We drove in their 'bus' or motorhome that is the size of a bus! I loved it and enjoyed being with the Friedmans! We saw several several bison, elk, etc. but unfortunantely no bears...at least in the wild. we did go to a special place, like a bear exhibit! We spent a couple days at Jackson Hole too...which was such a cool cute little town! Before and After Yellowstone we stopped in Farmington, Utah to spend the night at Lagoon. The rides and water park were awesome and the best part was I got to spend time with my good friend Dieter Walters who drove up from Provo both nights to spend time with me!
Two random stories from Yellowstone...
1. The first day I was there I was getting something from under the motor home. The slides of the motorhome were out which hang out about 2 feet. So when you get something from the storage underneath you have to back up still ducked down to not hit your head. After I grabbed what I was looking for I backed up & just missed the slide but then when I began to walk around to the other side of the 'motor' I hit my head right on the corner of another slide. I was with Erika (The mom of my nanny family) and she said one second I was walking behind her and the next I was on the ground with my hands on my head, blood pouring out! Oh my...it was quite an interesting experience but I'm recovered now! haha!
2. The first night I hung out with Dieter we not only went on the roller coasters at lagoon but were able to go to The Fray concert too! It was awesome and so much fun :)
PICTURES...
i look retarded here...going up a roller coaster

2. More Flagstaff and girls started school! Sophie is a big kindergartener now and she loves riding the bus! The twins Sarah and Summerlin are still in preschool but at a different school! I have a good friend Liz in phoenix, in the picture we were bowling with our branch. My finals days with Cassie before she moved back to Rexburg...cupcake store, Fashion square mall, Chuck and Larry, shopping more, library, hanging out!! I love her mucho mucho and i'm going to miss her so much! My days off will be a little quiet now... :(
